Xmas 2017

Xmas is here again!

Following the loss of our Autumnal stock last winter in a fire we retreated to a cottage in the Czech republic, returning once in Spring to prepare the wild garlic pesto and again in the Autumn to pick the abundance. So it was necessarily a quite year, (hence no news) however we have been busy (I promise) and now we are back and will be occuring this year at a wider range of markets in North Somerset. 

We've been replenishing our existing products and inventing some new ones, all now available to fill your nearest stocking and bring a touch of wild class to your Christmas Feasting -whilst stocks last!!

This year throughout December we will be at the following Markets:

  • Saturday 2nd - Bath Artisan

  • Sunday 3rd - Frome Indiependant

  • Saturday 9th - Veganfest Bristol

  • Sunday 17th - St Nicks Bristol

  • Monday 18th - St Nicks Bristol

  • Thursday 21st - St Nicks Bristol

  • Saturday 23rd - St Nicks Bristol & Glastonbury Farmers Market

  • Sunday 24th - St Nicks Bristol

Xmas is coming (2016)

This year we will be attending Bath Xmas Market in collaboration with foraging friends and collegues.

Caroline from Caros creams is developing her range of cosmetics including soaps, creams, salves, body butters and deodorants.

Rhia will be showcasing her exquisitly woven baskets and carved spoons.

With the assistance of Tom and Mel we will also be introducing a wide range of new products including Raw sourkraut with foraged seaweed and vegan cheeses with added wildness.

Pavla and Mark are hard at work now picking rosehips and hawthorn berries and creating a wonderful apple and hawthorn jelly made without pectin or refined sugar nor is it over boiled thereby maximising vitamin content. The rosehips are being added to raw honey to make a delicious rosehip syrup to keep you cozy and full of health through the winter.
