Shop Returns & Refunds
Food Products
Due to the nature of our food products, we’re unable to accept returns of perishable goods or opened food products unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Balms & Books
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used balms cannot be returned.
Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Foraging Walk Cancellations
Places on our foraging walks are limited, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. This gives us the best chance of offering your place to someone else.

30 days or more before the event: Full refund, less a £2 processing fee. Alternatively, you can move your booking to another available date.

14–30 days before the event: 50% refund, less a £2 processing fee. Alternatively, you can move your booking to another available date, subject to availability.

Less than 14 days before the event: Bookings are non-refundable. You’re welcome to ask about moving to another date and, if we’re able to fill your place from our waiting list, we may be able to accommodate this.
You can also pass your place on to someone else free of charge — just let us know their name and contact details. If HEJGRO needs to cancel a walk, we’ll offer you an alternative date. If you’re unable to attend the alternative date offered, we’ll issue a full refund.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to the terms and validity period stated when purchased. Once a voucher has been used to book a foraging walk, our Foraging Walk Cancellation Policy applies.
